Houston celebrates the awesome Fall season bigger than ever before!
There are so many ways to have fun during this festive time – from dressing up for some trick-or-treating or carving pumpkins with your children or just going out and playing with the Autumn leaves.
It doesn’t matter if you’re celebrating locally or visiting here as an outsider; there will always be something entertaining nearby. Read on to find out why each event listed below is worth attending in 2022 with kids in the Houston area!

Like every year, families will enjoy festivities at the Zoo during Zoo Boo.

Costumes are strongly encouraged, and guests will have plenty of favorites to experience, including visiting the Giant Pumpkin and the Carved Pumpkins, enjoying the Pumpkin Lantern Tunnel between the lions and tiger exhibits, the spooktacular Scary-Go-Round, photo ops all over the Zoo, and much more!

Calling all ghosts and goblins!

Grab your buckets and costumes and get ready for a sweet and tasty good time as you go Trick or Treating at Children’s Museum Houston.

During Boo-tacular, kids will play games in costume, eat pizza shaped like a pumpkin and get free Chupa Chups® and Hi-Chew® candy every night. It’s the largest family-friendly Halloween event!

The Fall Festival at Dewberry Farms is filled with 8 acres of cornfield maze, heaps of pumpkins and Sunflowers, and more than 40 family fun activities!

During Creepy Concoctions, kids will enter the world of “mad” chemistry and craft themselves some spooky-Halloween themed art.

Everyone’s favorite she-vampire makes an appearance at the Fort Bend Children’s Discovery Center!

Vampires may not appear in mirrors, but this one will undoubtedly show up in photos! Meet with Vampirina and pose for a meet-and-greet with this friendly vampire!

This Halloween, kids, and families can have a spooky good time among incredible aircraft.
